Mulalley were selected by Annington Properties to
undertake the major overhaul of an estate of 202 former RAF
married quarters prior to their open market sale. With planning
constraints it was not possible to demolish and rebuild these
properties, which were in very poor condition.
The bungalows were constructed of prefabricated
panels and our works required the removal and demolition of the
external skins and the rebuilding of new face brickwork, new
services, external landscaping and new road.
The internals were completed refurbished with new
modern kitchen and bathroom suites installed.
