The works consisted of stripping out of the
communal lobbies and corridors (carpets, lights, doors and wall
coverings) and complete redecorations.
This included Glastex wall coverings, purpose made
doors, imported lights, quality carpeting, bespoke stainless steel
handrails, bespoke door vision panels and stainless steel signs.
The idea was to achieve a modern look to the
corridors/lobby with features such as stainless steel fittings,
white walls, pastel timber, dark carpets and light oak doors.
