A major refurbishment of an inner city tower block
to provide enhanced mechanical and electrical services, structural
repairs, new kitchens and bathrooms, new UPVC windows,
architectural ironmongery. The contract also required enhanced
energy provisions met by providing a new insulated roofs and
insulated render 'Sto' to wall areas.
The whole package was completed by security,
environmental and landscaping works.
