An intensive programme to improve and upgrade facilities at 7 locations ranging from Upminster through Barking, Parsons Green, Baker Street, Neasden, Rickmansworth and Edgware Road.

The works involved new Kitchens and Messing facilities and ranged from the formation of New Build Accommodation including piling to the refurbishment of existing.

The use of the areas had to be maintained at all times by operational staff.
