The external refurbishment of this 22 storey tower
block situated in Plaistow East London.
The work involved the complete over cladding and
replacement of existing windows whilst residents remained in situ.
These works were undertaken in 16 weeks and its
smooth completion required fast access power climbers and a
rigorous programme of resident liaison combined with a motivated
and productive workforce.
