Following an intensive interview process, Mulalley
were unanimously selected by the clients involved in this stock
transfer.
The three-year major regeneration of this large
inner city housing estate programme involves the demolition of
existing blocks, the construction of 3 seven-storey tower blocks
(63 units), 3 terraces of housing (24 units), the construction of
12 “zed” housing units (zero energy) utilising the latest best
practice environmental standards and the refurbishment of the
remaining housing units.
The contracts are the PPC 2000 and JCT 98 with
Design. Our company has worked with the design team from
commencement to assist in the budgetary control; to value engineer
the proposed design solutions and to accept overall design
responsibility for the scheme.
Villa Blocks
Each 7-storey villa consists of 21 units designed
to provide innovative and aesthetically pleasing housing to
Brixton Hill. Its wrap-around balconies are designed to maximise
light, create additional living space and provide the residents
with high quality living accommodation.
