This project involved the refurbishment of an
existing redundant Victorian building and the construction of a
new extension complete with atrium courtyard to form a specialist
clinic for the hospital. The extension required extensive ground
works forming a raft foundation to support the super structure.
The project was completed within the agreed
programme period and resulted in a delighted client and user.
