This scheme was a planned maintenance contract
(external and internal communal redecorations and minor repairs)
to approx 420 units consisting of houses, maisonettes and flats
spread over Chingford, Beckton, Isle of Dogs, Stratford, Bow,
Canning Town, Poplar and East Ham.
The contract was accessed by a combination of
scaffolding, power cradles, towers, ladders and cherry pickers.
All internals were decorated in special fireproof coatings.
Separate site set-ups were situated in the
different locations to manage the local areas with a number of
management teams.
These projects were completed on time and to the
client’s satisfaction.
