A refurbishment of this Victorian Library and
Porters Lodge including the installation of new UPVC windows, new
heating, electrical, data, telephones and fire alarm systems. The
provision of a new disabled passenger lift, a new reception
counter and redecoration throughout.
Externally the roof coverings were renewed,
the existing façade was cleaned and stone repairs were carried
out. A new disabled entrance ramp and fire escape route from the
rear of the building was installed.
