This Regeneration Programme was
officially kicked off at a Charter signing ceremony in Wallington
in December 2007 attended by all the stakeholders . The Charter
set out how the partnership will work together underlining the
Roundshaw philosophy of “working with residents for better homes
and stronger communities”
The £12m Programme of improvements to Roundshaw’s
611 properties will be completed in two years and includes
* new extensions to living areas
* new kitchens
* bathrooms
* external cladding
* internal improvements
* new lifts
* improved landscaping
The Roundshaw estate was built on the old Croydon
aerodrome and was a stock transfer from Croydon in December 2006
