In October 2005 Mulalley & Co. Ltd teamed up
with Gallions Housing Association to submit proposals for the
delivery of a major regeneration project in London’s East
End.
The team’s submission met the client’s brief
to ‘provide a range of new mix tenure homes and community
facilities on the London Borough of Newham’s Little Ilford
Estate in Manor Park, London’, with staff from both
organisations working together to produce a set of proposals that
deliver the key principles.
Site possession was achieved in March 2007 and
following a lengthy consultation process, the planning application
was validated in April 2008. The main construction work is
programmed to commence in Autumn 2008.
