The 35 week scheme comprised the renewal of kitchen and bathrooms and replacement or adaptation of heating systems in 275 dwellings consisting of street, low rise and high rise properties.
The properties were part of a stock transfer under the Tower Hamlets Choice programme.

To assist in this, and further transfers, Mulalley carried out works to provide show flats on the Leopold and the neighbouring Brownfield Estate.

The contract involves the use of Build On Line Demand Management and Collaboration System. Training seminars were provided for contractors and consultants by the clients in house team.

Mulalley worked closely with the consultant and client in suggesting the use of products and materials to make cost savings and improved lifetime costs for maintenance, whilst ensuring that the finished works were of the highest quality and that the project was delivered on time and in budget.
