Mulalley has recently completed the internal
refurbishment of two floors of a prestigious West End building for
an International Oil Group.
Initially Mulalley were commissioned for a fast
track refurbishment of the second floor at 1 Knightsbridge. This
was closely followed by the negotiated third floor fit out.
The project involved new partitioning, services,
reception, bespoke joinery and high quality finishes throughout
both floors. The building was occupied throughout the works and
was completed with the minimum of disruption to the occupants.
