King's Building are high quality offices located
within 200 metres of the Houses of Parliament in Westminster.
Following a new lease to our clients we were engaged to undertake
a major upgrade in services and a major fit out.
The works involved the soft stripping of existing
installations, installation of new partitions, glazed partitions,
floor and ceiling finishes and installation of new electrical and
mechanical installations.
Following the success of this project, Mulalley
was recommended to undertake another refurbishment for our clients
of the nearby old Tea Building.
