As part of the London Borough of Haringey's urban
regeneration programme the freeholders in Hornsey Road Area were
granted funding for a major Group Repair Scheme.
The scheme is intended to rejuvenate the area by
refurbishing the original Edwardian housing. The scheme has proven
a great success with large numbers of additional properties
entering the project as the benefits and the standards of work
become apparent. This partnering arrangement has now completed its
third year.
