In August 2005, Mulalley were selected as partner by Hillingdon Homes to undertake all internal and external decorations and minor repairs to their 12,000 properties spread throughout the borough.

The works involve

   *  Undertaking condition surveys to all their housing stock
   *  Preparing an annual stock programme of works (including Sheltered Homes and Two Room Redecs to occupied homes)
   *  Costing and value engineering this programme
   *  Preparation of all Leaseholders works and costs
   *  Management of the programme
   *  Liasing with other Contractors

This partnership is operated on an open book basis and audited by the Collaborative Working Centre (CWC).

We are delighted with the results of the 2006 and 2007 resident satisfaction KPI’s, evidence our professional Resident Liaison Services, supported by a high quality of work, ensure maximum communication and minimum disruption for the residents.
