The project was built within an existing
churchyard, surrounded by private residences in a quiet London
suburb.
The project featured piled foundations; pre-cast
pre-stressed concrete plank floor construction on load bearing
walls and supported a complex trussed rafter roof was completed
successfully within the tight time and budgetary constraints
The home featured 17 flats, a conservatory,
various resident rooms, hydraulic lift, full services and a linked
Warden Call and fire detection and alarm system.
An innovative surface water retaining drainage
system and attractive block paving landscape completed the
project.
