Mulalley
were pleased to be selected as partner by Hackney Homes, the ALMO
for the London Borough of Hackney, to undertake their Decent Homes
Programme to the Shoreditch area of the Borough.
This five year programme has a potential £50
million value and comprises both internal and external
refurbishment works. Collaboration is essential between the ALMO,
local Housing Management and the Residents to help Hackney achieve
their programme.
Mulalley is Lead Designer under PPC 2000 and we
are heavily involved in the design, preparation of budgets,
quality control and value management of the project.
Community involvement is also high on the agenda
to add value to the local community and assist in the overall
regeneration of Hackney.
