A full external refurbishment of two large blocks
of occupied flats constructed in the early 1950's.
Works involved new roofs, extensive grit blasting,
structural concrete repairs, brickwork repairs, new windows, new
electrical installations.
Due to the noisy and invasive nature of much of
our works resident liaison was very important and to maintain
levels of cleanliness for the site required the enforcement of a
strict regime by our Site Management.
