As one of Ealing Homes framework contractors Mulalley commenced work on the Decent Homes programme in October 2006.

Over 750 homes will benefit from new kitchens and bathrooms in the first year of this four year contract.

The management of this contract benefits greatly from the warehousing facility set up by Mulalley in a central location,. Carrying stock of both kitchen units and bathroom suites, it enables the managers and operatives to manage the logistics of material supply ensuring the extensive programme runs smoothly.

Utilising the Mulalley professional Resident Liaison services the works are undertaken causing the minimum of disruption to the Ealing residents in occupation.

Alongside the Decent Homes programme Mulalley are also undertaking an external redecoration and repair programme of works.
