Following a rigorous interview and selection
process, Mulalley were pleased to be selected by the London
Borough of Croydon as one of two partners to undertake the Kitchen
and Bathroom renewals to Croydon’s 6000 properties over the next
five years.
After Year One the programme of works was passed
in its entirety to Mulalley, who now operate as the sole provider
of decent homes works.
The project requires considerable logistical and
resource support and close liaison between our specialist teams
and the residents.
A warehouse facility has been set up in the
Croydon area to carry stock for the 20+ homes that are started
each week. The target programme requires completion of the works
in 15 working days but due to Mulalley’s experience and service
levels works are being completed in 10-12 working days. This
obviously minimises the inconvenience to the residents. Resident
Liaison procedures ensure they are always fully informed of
progress and an excellent working relationship has been
established with the residents of Croydon.
