Following extensive damage caused by adjacent
trees, this 400 metre large terrace of apartments (82 no.) was
first underpinned (by others) with our project requiring we insert
hundreds of 3 metre bolts through the façade to stabilise and
prevent further structural movement. We then undertook the repair
and redecoration of all affected surfaces and the complete
re-roofing of the block including new copper covered cupolas.
The apartments remained in occupation throughout
these works requiring intensive resident liaison and protection
procedures. At the conclusion of the scheme our company and our
staff were applauded for the sensitive way the works were
undertaken.
