Following an intensive interview process, Mulalley
were pleased to be selected as the construction partner for the
London Borough of Newham and the West Ham and Plaistow New Deal
for Communities Team for the four-year multi million pound
regeneration of this estate.
The schemes involved
* the total internal and external refurbishment of
3 tower blocks including
- demolition of one 14-storey tower block
- internal remodelling of all flats
- a new concierge lobby and caretakers area
- updated CCTV and security areas
- overcladding including new feature balconies to all flats
- high level new metal roof feature
- regeneration of more than 100 low rise dwellings
- multi million pound environmental upgrade of all public
and communal areas
*Full internal and external refurbishment of
various low rise blocks including installation of one bedroom
extensions and extensive environmental works
Mulalley worked as an integral member of the
design team alongside the Designers (PRP) and our Supply Chain to
provide a seamless design/installation process.
