A complete fit-out of
15,000 square feet new shell building to provide four courts,
support rooms and office facilities.
This fast track project involved the removal of
the recently installed finishes and the installation of new walls
and partitions, alterations of the VAV air handling system, new
suspended ceilings, electrical installation, raised computer
flooring and specialist high quality joinery.
The project was commended by the Circuit Judge as
being the only court project to have completed within the
prescribed time scale.
