Mulalley & Co Ltd designed and constructed
this combination of residential and commercial accommodation
comprising 18 flats and 8 retail units with private car parking
areas to the inner quadrant.
The client required that we both design and build
these units incorporating an existing retained Victorian façade.
Throughout the contract period we worked around an occupied privately owned shop and dwelling.
Works included under pinning adjacent and façade
walls, structural steel work, pre-cast concrete flooring.
