This prestigious and important phased contract is being undertaken for Haringey Council at their offices in Wood Green, North London.

The project comprises the refurbishment of nine floors of the building on a rolling 5 week per floor programme, requiring each floor to be decanted and reoccupied.

Works include: New kitchens; New toilets; Ventilation works; Rewiring; Partitioning; Suspended ceilings; Flooring.

Works were completed ahead of the agreed programme and within the client’s budget.
