Complete refurbishment of the external elevations including stabilisation of all of the existing pre-cast cladding panels, replacement windows and the application of the MR insulated cladding system.

These two 13-storey tower blocks housing over 100 mainly elderly residents. Phase 1 was completed on time and resulted in an extremely pleased Client and Resident Action Group. The contract called for the formation of a ‘Respite Area’ and this proved enormously successful with the residents. Phase 2 was completed with similar success.
Phase 1 of the contract was part of the ‘Considerate Constructor’ scheme scoring extremely high marks on the two inspections made during the contract period. Phase 2 was also in the scheme and a Gold Award was received for this project.
