The works consisted of pre-paint repairs with
timber sash window replacements to some units and redecoration to
the exteriors and communal staircases/lobbys.
The units covered by this contract were located
between Wanstead and Hackney, East London and consisted of old
type terraced houses to modern type small blocks of flats.
Different types of access were used which included
scaffolding, cherry pickers and vehicle mounted platforms.
