Mulalley has topped out two important education projects in the space of a week

.

The first is a £6.0m 8-storey design and build student residential block for University College London campus in the Bloomsbury conservation area. 

The UCL project at Ramsay Hall is situated within the courtyard of an existing Hall of Residence in Fitzrovia central London, will provide 91 additional study rooms. This 2400m2 block abuts the new rear extension of the Grade 2 listed YMCA Indian Students Hostel

The project started in Spring 2007 and is due for completion this summer.

Second, is a new £8.2m, five double-storey height Construction Technology Block at the College of North West London.

The project started in Summer 2007 and is due for completion this summer.

The College of North West London's new Technology Block will include construction training facilities, extensive vehicle repair and testing facilities to industry standard with teaching accommodation for electrical, gas and welding trades.

The building is designed to showcase a number of the latest construction techniques and will utilise a range of materials. Once complete the building will be used as a teaching aid and become an integral part of the student's construction studies.
