Mulalley was recently appointed by London & Quadrant to their 4 year framework to deliver Decent Homes and Elecrical Upgrade works to the Group’s properties across their three regions; North Thames, South East Thames and South West Thames. The value of the 4-year scheme to Mulalley is approx £12 millon. 

Other contractors appointed are Apollo (Decent Homes & Electrical), Richardson (Decent Homes only), Rok (Decent Homes only),TSG (Decent Homes only), and Niblock (Electrical Package only) Contract Award L&Q Framework Decent Homes and Electrical Upgrade February 2008.
