The
Mulalley Easter Bunny went on his annual rounds again this year to
meet children and, of course, give out Easter Eggs
Mulalley
Resident Liaison Officer Jenny Sheekey was on hand to help Mr
Bunny at the Village Community School near Oldmead & Bartlett
Houses, Dagenham which we are refurbishing at present. Over 30
children gathered to meet Mr Bunny and collect an egg.
Jana
Horvathova RLO at Hillingdon cyclical redecoration project took
time out to visit children at the Tenderlinks Day Care Centre,
which is just over the road from the Hillingdon Partnering Office
Mr Bunny
and RLO Vivienne Hicks attended Comet Nursery School in Hackney to
give out 35 eggs. Comet Nursery is adjacent to our Decent Homes
work in Hackney Borough
Sherringham
Nursery in Newham, close to our current Decent Homes work in the
Little Ilford area, also received a visit from Mr Bunny assisted
by RLO Debbie Joy, who helped distribute 120 eggs to the local
children.
RLO Lynda
Joseph also helped Mr Bunny give out 120 eggs at the Valeswood
Pre-Nursery School and finally, Valentina Nikolova helped an
exhausted but happy Mr Bunny give out a further 52 eggs to
children at the Federation of St Elpheges school on the Roundshaw
Estate where the Decent Homes programme has recently commenced.
As a
thank you to Mr Bunny, the children sang songs that they had
learned and after having their photos taken said a sad farewell to
Mr Bunny safe in the knowledge that they all had a fun time and
had received their first egg of Easter.
