Mulalley scooped 5 further Considerate Constructors Awards at the 2008 ceremony on 8th April this year bringing our total awards to 35, including 4 Gold and 12 Silver

This year two of our sites were presented with silver awards:

Homes for Islington Decent Homes Contract 19 received a citation that mentions the Site Team's: 

• Great attention to detail

• Highest level of consideration to Residents including respite centre and wheelchair access for visitors

• Excellent communication with residents

• Good presentation of working area

• “Site staff far exceeded the CCS Code of Considerate Practice to present exceptional performance levels”

Hackney Decent Homes Year 11 Shoreditch Area B was praised for many areas of our work:

• Exceptional effort to build and maintain good relations with tenants residents and the local community

• Attention given to noise control, language issues, religious festivals and strict dress control

• High Tenant satisfaction Levels

• High safety Levels

• “An exceptional example of considerate site practice in action”

Bronze Awards were also given to

Ealing Homes Decent Homes Project

Judges comments included “Mulalley operated an excellent environmental and waste management policy achieving an 80-90% level of recycling.. employing local labour and commendable charitable involvement …mark this project out as considerate construction at it’s best”

Hillingdon Homes Partnering Contract

Clients comments include “The site team have continued to demonstrate…. their wholehearted commitment to being a Considerate Constructor working in a culturally diverse and challenging environment”

L.B. Lewisham (now Lewisham Homes) Rushey Green Decent Homes

Judges Comment “An excellent attitude was displayed on this contract. The site team deserves much credit for its efforts”
