Roundshaw and Mulalley set off on the right foot in Wallington
.
Roundshaw Homes kicked off their
regeneration programme at an official ceremony at their office in Wallington on Thursday 6 December 2007.
Directors of Mulalley joined consultants and officers of Metropolitan Housing Partnership and Hyde Housing Association (Roundshaw Homes) and Residents, to formally sign the Partnering Charter. The Charter sets out how the partnership will work together to deliver the £12 million Roundshaw Programme, and underlines Roundshaw’s philosophy of “working with residents for better homes and stronger communities”
Following the charter signing the group visited a nearby newly refurbished property.
Mulalley will carry out refurbishment work including new kitchens, bathrooms, heating and external landscaping and improvement works. Surveys are now being carried out and the full programme will commence in the New Year.
Mulalley look forward to working with all its Roundshaw partners to deliver
