MULALLEY has been selected by Clapham Park Homes as partners to undertake up to £300 million of new regeneration works on this extensive South London Estate.

Following a stock transfer from Lambeth Council, Clapham Park Homes (a subsidiary of Metropolitan Housing Trust) has secured planning permission for the radical redevelopment and renewal of this area.

The scheme involves the demolition of 1,001 existing homes and building 2,544 new homes plus a number of new community facilities.

Mulalley will be joining six other partners including Wates, Rydon, Countryside, John Laing Partnerships, Inspace and Bouygues to deliver this 10 year project.
