£60m 4 year framework for works to 74 tower blocks in Newham

Mulalley has successfully secured one of three places on the new framework for Newham Homes ALMO.

The works, which comprise enveloping works to all 74 tower blocks within Newham Borough include roofing, replacement windows, concrete repairs and door entry systems. Redecoration works to external facades and internal communal areas will also bring the condition and appearance to a higher standard.

These works form part of Newham Homes investment objectives for their housing stock and also to meet Decent Homes standards
