Christmas came early for Patricia Butler of Little Ilford, Newham as she was the first resident to have their home refurbished under the Newham Homes Decent Homes Programme.

Mulalley have just commenced a £50m 3½ year programme to refurbish the majority of Newham Homes 11,800 housing stock.

Newham’s Executive Council Member, Cllr Andrew Baikie, praised Mulalley for the high standard achieved in just a short time and is looking forward to watching the progress of these improvement works over the coming years.

Ms Butler also awarded Mulalley maximum points on the Customer Satisfaction questionnaire demonstrating her delight with the Mulalley team.
