Mulalley are delighted to win two
prestigious awards against strong competition at the Considerate
Constructors Scheme's 10 Year Anniversary Awards.
At the awards ceremony on 12th July, at Grovesnor House Hotel Park Lane, Mulalley and Co Ltd were awarded the accolade of being the ‘Most Considerate Housing Repairs and Maintenance Contractor’ nationwide and were Highly Commended in the category of overall ‘Most Considerate
Constructor’.
Most Considerate in our Sector
In the ‘Most Considerate Housing Regeneration and Maintenance’ category the competition came from leading social housing refurbishment contractors nationwide, including Frank Haslam Milan, Bramall Construction, Balfour Beatty Refurbishment, Lovell, Wates, Mansell, Bullock Construction, Connaught, Apollo London. This award recognised the excellence of companies who have carried out works under the Considerate Constructors Scheme heading of R&M Housing Public and R&M Housing Private.
Over the 10-year period Mulalley has had the highest overall score, and performance has been to the very highest level against the Schemes Code of Practice.
Most Considerate Contractor overall
Mulalley were the only regional contractor commended in this category and stood alongside major nationals such as Skanska, Sir Robert McAlpine, Amec and HBG.
Mulalley were awarded Highly Commended in this category, selected from the companies with the highest overall average score.
