The 1st November saw the opening of a new Decorating Partnering office for Hillingdon Homes and Mulalley in Laurel Lane, West Drayton.

The office will provide a base for the Mulalley team who are undertaking the cyclical painting and decorating works in partnership with Hillingdon Homes across the borough. 

The Mayor of Hillingdon, Councillor Catherine Dann, officially opened the partnership office, which was attended by over 40 guests from Hillingdon Homes, Local Resident Groups, Representatives from the Project Teams and Mulalley. 

This successful decorating partnership is now in its third year and is being operated under a partnering agreement between Mulalley and Hillingdon Homes. 

The new office provides a facility for residents to meet with the Mulalley Team, particularly the resident liaison officers, to discuss works to their homes and also allows Mulalley to raise its profile within the local community. 

Also at the office opening were Tim Price, Chief Executive of Hillingdon Homes, Grant Walker, Director of Housing, Hillingdon Homes and Eamon O’Malley, Director of Mulalley, who greeted the guests on the day.
