Mulalley appointed Partner for more Decent Homes work in the heart of East London
Mulalley are pleased to announce their appointment as partner of Spitalfields Housing Association to undertake their Decent Homes work to properties in the Shoreditch Area of East London.
Spitalfields Housing Association (www.spitalfieldsha.co.uk)
is the largest Bangladeshi-led Housing Association in the UK. The Association was founded in 1979 by members of the Bangladeshi community in response to poor housing conditions in the Spitalfields area.
The programme consists of the full scope of internal and external improvement works to bring their housing stock up to the Decent Homes standard.
The first year programme commences in Jan 2008 and it is hoped that the partnership will continue and complete the full stock of 500 homes.
