Following a rigorous qualification process Mulalley has been appointed by Newham Homes to two frameworks to deliver a £150m programme of works.
Mulalley are one of only two contractors to have been selected for both of these Programmes
Internal Modernisation Programme including kitchen and bathroom replacements to meet Decent Homes Standards. Mulalley are one of 6 contractors appointed together with Connaught Partnership, EPS Group, Lakehouse Contracts, Rok and United House
Low Rise Enveloping Programme, (currently in the leaseholder consultation period) will comprise external and common parts improvements to reach Decent Homes standards. Mulalley are one of 4 contractors recommended alongside Apollo London, Breyer and Connaught Partnership
