August 2007 - Mulalley to upgrade
facilities at Salisbury School
.
Mulalley has been awarded a £4.2m contract by
Enfield Council to design and build a series of new classrooms,
labs and other facilities at Salisbury School in Edmonton.
The 52 week programme includes the construction of
seven new general teaching classrooms, two new science labs and
the conversion of an existing gym into a new music room. Existing
offices, preparation areas, an IT room and staff room are also
being upgraded and improved.
Salisbury School is presently split over two sites
divided by Turin Road.
These new works and refurbishment form part of an
£8.8m investment to transform the school into a single site by
2011.
