Following a rigorous qualification process Mulalley Construction has been appointed by Roundshaw Homes to deliver their £12m Decent Homes Programme.

The project includes new kitchens and bathrooms, external and internal improvements and new landscaping to 611 retained properties over a two year period.

The Roundshaw estate, built on the old Croydon aerodrome, was a stock transfer in December 2006 to Roundshaw Homes (www.roundshawhomes.org.uk), a partnership of Hyde Housing Association and Metropolitan Housing Trust.
