MULALLEY has been awarded the £6.7m refurbishment
of the Marylebone Road Halls of Residence by their longstanding
client, the University of Westminster.
This fast track refurbishment of a landmark block
in central London (to be completed for Autumn 2008) will also put
require special "considerate" measures to preserve the
mating habits of two peregrine falcons who have made their home on
the roof each spring for the last three years. As a protected
species, the falcons can not be disturbed and Mulalley has ensured
that they will be kept safe and secure during construction works.
