Mulalley have been appointed by University College London to refurbish Hawkridge House, a fifteen storey tower block providing student flats in North West London.
This 48 week refurbishment will include overcladding and new windows, renewal of M&E services, layout amendments, new kitchens and bathrooms and general improvements to circulation
