Sherrygreen Homes will now spearhead
joint ventures and larger scale
developments for the group in both the private and the affordable
housing
sectors.
A number of schemes and joint
ventures are already in the pipeline, with the first
private sale development due to be delivered to the market in
Spring 2008.
Sherrygreen's newly appointed Development Manager, Martin Taylor,
confirmed "this is an exciting time for Sherrygreen Homes.
The commitment of
the Sherrygreen Group Board will allow the company to quickly
establish itself
within the residential market. There is a five year plan in place
which will see
Sherrygreen Homes become a significant residential developer in
London and the South East.' "
