Mulalley has been awarded the
contract for the internal and external refurbishment of two major tower blocks in Dagenham.
Oldmead and Bartletts Houses will be brought up to the Government's
'Decent Home Standard' for Barking & Dagenham Council with new central heating, modern
kitchens and bathrooms and external insulation.
"Our experience of working in occupied housing, in particular
high-rise, put us in good stead for this £4 million+ award" said Brendan O'Malley Managing
Director.
