Following an intense period of negotiation between the London Borough of Newham and Gallions Housing Association, contracts have been signed on the £20+ million Little Ilford Project.

The Development Agreement will see the provision of 137 new homes and an array of environmental improvements, to uplift this estate at the eastern edge of the Borough. 

Sherrygreen Homes and Gallions have formed a new joint venture LLP "Galley
Ilford" to be market sale partners. Mulalley has been appointed to undertake all the construction works. 

Mulalley's design teams have agreed a project programme that will ensure
construction works on the first of the 6 new build sites will commence in
November 2007, once detailed planning consent is secured.
