Two frameworks have provided substantial workload for the first time this year. Charlwood House, our first project under the Dominion framework, comprises the
conversion of a care home to provide 22 flats. 

Likewise our first scheme for Home Group under their new build framework is a £3m project to provide 22 houses on sites in Slough and Guildford.
