Mulalley has been awarded a contract
worth up to £52m for the Decent Homes refurbishment of the Wood
Green Area of North London. The amount of the contract is subject
to the funding awarded to Homes for Haringey as part of the Round
6 ALMO programme
As one of four constructor partners
Mulalley are delighted with this award.

Mulalley were appointed following a
robust selection procedure and visits to existing projects. Their
excellent performance in delivering similar schemes for Ealing
Homes, Croydon Homes, Homes for Islington and Brent Housing
Partnership put Mulalley in stead for this volume of work.
