On 4th April 2007, Mulalley Resident Liaison Officer, Birgetta Khamou, welcomed Mr Bunny into her office to freshen up before taking him to the Medcliffe Community Nursery on the Yeading Lane Estate in Ealing to say hello to the children and, of course, to give out Easter Eggs.

Mulalley are one of Ealing Homes four framework contractors undertaking Decent Homes improvements to their housing stock in West London, including works on the Yeading Lane Estate.

With over 700 homes having already been refurbished with new kitchens and bathrooms, Birgetta and her Resident Liaison colleagues, were pleased to take a short break from their daily tasks of ensuring that the Residents are kept up to date with progress, to spend some time with the children and Mr Bunny.

The children surprised Mr Bunny with 2 songs they had learnt especially for him. Mr Bunny clapped along as the children sang their songs.

At the end of the songs, all the children collected an egg from Mr Bunny and had their photo taken and were able to ask a question. Mr Bunny then surprised Sandra Burton and her staff at the Nursery by giving them their own Easter Egg to enjoy.

The visit was a great success and everyone had a good time but all were sad to see Mr Bunny hop off into the distance.
